We carefully review applications and consider opening direct accounts only for businesses with valid resale certificates in Interior Design, Retail Home Furnishings, Custom Installations/Integration, E-commerce, or Home Entertainment Retailers. Once your application is submitted, our team will review it, and you can expect a response within two to three business days.

To ensure a smooth application process, please have the following information ready:

  • State-issued resale certificate – required for all states except AK, DE, MT, NH, OR 
  • Federal tax ID or valid business license number – only required if located in AK, DE, MT, NH, OR
  • Company contact, billing, and payment information
